CORPORATE NAMES
Corporate names are like titles of works included in the business designations. They can be divided in marks with a name function (e.g. pronounceable combinations of letters) and in marks without name function (e.g. colours). Whereas the first innately have regularly distinctive- ness, the latter are only protected if they prevailed as a distinctive mark of a business enterprise on the market. Apart from this the protection of marks of undertaking is similar to the protection of trademarks.
